Radar is the controller responsible for the personal data it collects through this site, in accordance with Ley 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees (Colombia's habeas data regime).
If you create an account: your email address and any information you choose to save (for example, your favorite products).
If you browse the comparator without an account: technical browsing data (for example, which product you viewed), handled anonymously.
When you click to go to a financial entity's site (an "outclick"), that event is recorded completely anonymously: it is never linked to your account or your identity, by design. Radar does not know which user clicked through to which entity.
Radar does not ask for, or collect, personal financial data (such as balances, transactions, or product numbers) or sensitive data (health, biometric data, political or religious views, among others). We only ask for the minimum data needed for the stated purpose.
To operate your account and favorites, to send you the weekly digest if you gave explicit consent for it, and to improve the service in aggregate, anonymous form. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We ask for your prior, express, and informed authorization for each purpose separately (for example, the digest is a separate authorization from the account itself). You can withdraw your consent for any purpose at any time, without that affecting your use of the comparator.
As the data subject, you have the right to know, update, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw your authorization at any time, as established by Ley 1581 of 2012.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
